MarCom Manager South & Southeast Asia – Jakarta (m/f/d)
The MarCom Manager South & Southeast Asia drives the company's marketing activities across the territory. The role carries full responsibility for regional marketing execution, demand generation, dealer and subsidiary marketing development, and showroom activation (Delhi, Jakarta, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur). Operating in an emerging, early-stage environment, this position requires a hands-on, execution-focused professional who builds structure while delivering results. Acting as a bridge between regional markets and HQ, the role adapts global strategy for local implementation and ensures market feedback and intelligence flow back accordingly. The role requires extensive travel and on-site presence across the region according to business needs.
Your Responsibilities
- develop and execute the annual regional marketing plan aligned with sales targets and growth priorities
- drive demand generation initiatives across dealer markets and direct sales markets
- support dealers and subsidiaries in planning and executing local campaigns, promotions, and lead generation activities
- plan and coordinate product launches, exhibitions, congresses, workshops, promotional activities and KOL events
- oversee the CRM strategy within the scope of marketing communications, including lead management, customer segmentation, and event-driven engagement, ensuring alignment with global strategies and close collaboration with the central marketing team at HQ
- monitor campaign effectiveness and adjust initiatives based on measurable results and KPIs
- ensure consistent brand positioning and communication standards across all markets
- manage and activate regional showrooms in Delhi, Jakarta, Bangkok, and Kuala Lumpur to increase customer visits, demonstrations, and training activities
- drive showroom utilization as a commercial tool contributing directly to pipeline and sales development
- collaborate closely with regional sales teams to strengthen lead tracking, conversion, and follow-up discipline
- contribute to regional budgeting, marketing priorities, and strategic planning with Regional Management and HQ
- monitor competitive activity, pricing trends, and market developments to support commercial decisions together with regional teams
- adapt global marketing materials for local relevance and coordinate localization where required
- serve as primary Marketing liaison between regional teams and HQ Marketing
- communicate market insights, customer feedback, and regional trends to inform product and marketing strategy
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in regional marketing or marketing communications, ideally in B2B, dental or medical
- proven experience working with dealers, distributors and subsidiaries across multiple countries
- strong hands-on execution mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a low-structure, growth-oriented environment
- experience adapting global marketing strategies and materials for local market implementation
- solid commercial understanding of demand generation, pipeline development, and sales support
- strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work effectively with regional teams and HQ
- high willingness to travel extensively across South and Southeast Asia
- fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential
