Manufacturing Plant Manager / Head

Job Description:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for the entire manufacturing.
- Oversee day-to-day operations to meet production targets, quality standards, and timelines and project execution.
- Develop and implement production plans in coordination with demand forecasts.
- Optimize production schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
- Implement and maintain robust quality control systems to ensure product quality and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop and manage budgets for plant operations.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality and safety.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations governing plant operations.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and other methodologies to enhance plant performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years experience in Manufacturing or related areas.
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical production processes, quality systems, and supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, GDP, and relevant regulatory standards.
- Strong understanding of HSE standards and HR management practices.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Wiling to be relocated to Africa Region
