Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor

Job Description:

• Plan, schedule, and supervise maintenance activities for equipment, machinery, and utilities to ensure reliability and minimal downtime.
• Inspect, monitor, and troubleshoot systems, implementing preventive and corrective maintenance as needed.
• Lead and develop maintenance staff, ensuring safe and efficient execution of tasks.
• Manage budgets, spare parts, and asset records to optimize cost and resource utilization.
• Support factory projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives in engineering and utilities.
• Implement energy-efficient and risk management practices to meet safety and compliance standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing/maintenance engineering.
• Strong knowledge of PLC (ladder diagram, wiring diagram) and low current systems.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good leadership, communication, and team management ability
• Willing to be placed in Lampung
