Job Summary:

As a Senior QA Engineer, you will be responsible for performing manual quality assurance across various client systems. You will ensure software quality by executing test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating with development and product teams. This role is fully remote and requires fluency in Japanese, with availability during Japan time zone.

Responsibilities:

• Execute manual test cases and scenarios to ensure software quality and functionality.
• Perform testing across different platforms, including web, API, and mobile applications, depending on project needs.
• Identify, document, and track defects, and work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
• Validate requirements and ensure adequate test coverage based on business needs.
• Use basic testing tools (e.g., Postman) when required; training will be provided.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality standards throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in QA discussions and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 35 years of experience in manual QA testing.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
• Experience testing web applications; exposure to API and mobile testing is a plus.
• Familiarity with basic QA tools (e.g., Postman) is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Fluent Japanese (mandatory).
• Willingness to work aligned with Japan time zone (with flexibility).
• Good communication skills in English are a plus.

For this position, the client's budget is between 13.000.000 - 15.000.000/ month.
