Role Description

This is an on-site contract role as a Mandarin Tutor, based in Tangerang Selatan. The selected tutor will be responsible for providing engaging and effective Mandarin language instruction to students, planning and preparing lesson materials, and tailoring teaching methodologies to meet individual learning needs. The role also involves monitoring the progress of students, offering constructive feedback, and fostering an encouraging learning environment to enhance students confidence and fluency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mandarin, with a strong understanding of language structures, grammar, and pronunciation.
• Proven experience in teaching, lesson planning, and delivering language content effectively.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to connect with diverse learners.
• Cultural understanding and the ability to integrate cultural elements into lessons.
• Patience, adaptability, and a passion for helping students succeed in learning Mandarin.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in language instruction or certification in teaching Mandarin is a plus. Having an HSK certificate is a strong plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and multicultural environment.
