Mandarin Translator

Responsibilities

1. Provide accurate oral and written translation (MandarinIndonesia) during meetings, events, field visits, store checks, and internal discussions.
2. Translate documents, reports, messages, presentations, and operational materials.
3. Accompany the user during area visits to ensure smooth communication with local teams and partners.
4. Assist in preparing regional reports and support communication between HQ and the regional team.
5. Support the Regional Head in daily coordination, scheduling, and follow-up tasks when language support is needed.
6. Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling company information.
7. Bridge cultural and language differences to ensure effective teamwork.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in any major; Chinese Language/Linguistics is an advantage.
2. Strong proficiency in Mandarin (HSK preferred); both spoken and written.
3. Good communication skills in English or Bahasa Indonesia.
4. Experience as a translator/interpreter is a plus (corporate, manufacturing, sales, or field industry preferred).
5. Willing to do business trip.
6. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate with multiple teams.
7. Professional, discreet, and committed to accuracy in translation.
8. Strong cultural understanding and ability to act as a communication bridge.
