Role Description :

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mandarin Translator based in Kendal, Central Java.

The Mandarin Translator will be responsible for translating and interpreting written documents, verbal communications, technical discussions, and meetings between Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia. The role plays a key part in supporting daily operations, production activities, and coordination with Mandarin-speaking partners or technical teams.

The translator will work closely with management, production, engineering, and administrative teams to ensure clear, accurate, and context-appropriate communication, particularly in a manufacturing environment. This role also supports cross-departmental collaboration and ongoing projects that require bilingual proficiency.

Qualifications:

Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia

Strong skills in translation and interpretation, both verbal and written

Good understanding of technical and manufacturing-related terminology (preferred)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support cross-functional teamwork

High attention to detail with the ability to convey meaning accurately and contextually

Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively

Minimum education level: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or higher

Experience as a Mandarin Translator, especially in a manufacturing or industrial environment, is an advantage

Proficient in basic computer and office applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Email)

Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team

Willing to join immediately is preferred
