Job Description – Mandarin Translator

• Translate written documents, including SOPs, technical documents, specifications, reports, emails, and business correspondence, between Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Provide accurate verbal interpretation during meetings, training sessions, audits, business negotiations, and daily communication.
• Facilitate effective communication between Chinese-speaking management, employees, suppliers, customers, and external business partners.
• Ensure all translations are accurate, culturally appropriate, and consistent with company terminology and manufacturing standards.
• Assist cross-functional departments, including Production, Quality Assurance, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Human Resources, with translation and communication needs.
• Support communication with overseas suppliers and customers to ensure smooth business operations.
• Prepare, review, and proofread translated documents while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive company information.
• Coordinate and follow up on communication between local and Chinese-speaking stakeholders to ensure timely execution of business activities.
• Maintain organized records of translated documents and communication materials.
• Perform other translation and administrative duties assigned by management.
