Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Mandarin Translator role located in Subang. Responsibilities include translating written and verbal communication between Mandarin and Indonesian or English, ensuring accuracy and cultural sensitivity. The translator will facilitate communication during meetings, document translation, and support cross-department collaborations. The role may also involve assisting in company training programs with colleagues and supporting the management team during interactions with Chinese counterparts.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mandarin and Indonesian or English (both written and verbal communication), proved by HSK 4-6
• Skills in translation, interpretation, and cross-cultural communication.
• Attention to detail, accuracy in translations, and understanding of technical or industry-specific terminology.
• Adaptability, teamwork, and the ability to work on-site in a dynamic environment.
• Previous experience in translation or in industries such as construction is preferred but not mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, or a related field is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
