Mandarin Translator

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mandarin Translator located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Translator will be responsible for offering accurate and professional translations of technical documents, reports, and communications from Mandarin to Bahasa Indonesia and vice versa. The role also involves facilitating effective communication between Mandarin-speaking and Bahasa Indonesia-speaking teams, providing real-time interpretation during meetings, and ensuring cultural and linguistic accuracy in all translations. The Translator will play a critical role in supporting the company's operations and communications with stakeholders.

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
• Proven experience in translating technical documents, business reports, or related materials
• Strong ability to perform real-time interpretation during meetings and discussions
• Attention to detail, cultural sensitivity, and understanding of linguistic nuances
• Experience or knowledge in the construction equipment or related industries is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure
