Job Description

Responsibilities

Support communication between local production teams and Mandarin-speaking parties.
Translate documents, work instructions, reports, and verbal conversations related to production activities.
Facilitate smooth coordination in production, especially in technical and procedural matters.
Ensure translation accuracy, clarity, and relevance to the manufacturing context.
Provide communication support during meetings, training sessions, and on-site visits.
Deliver messages firmly and clearly to support work efficiency.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any major.
Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) and fluent in English.
Relevant experience is an advantage.
Experience in manufacturing, preferably in the footwear industry, is a strong plus.
Possession of Mandarin language certification is highly valued.
Strong communication skills with a firm and assertive personality.
Able to work under pressure, both independently and in a team.
