Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Mandarin Speaker role located in Sidoarjo. The primary responsibilities include facilitating seamless communication between Mandarin-speaking teams and ensuring effective coordination within the organization. The candidate will manage translations of documents, handle correspondence, and participate in meetings to provide language support. Additionally, the role involves assisting in cross-functional tasks that require Mandarin proficiency, maintaining strong professional relationships, and effectively supporting operations in the local and international context.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Skills in translation, interpretation, and localization to ensure effective communication and document preparation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills to support collaborative communication across departments and regions.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage correspondence, meetings, and documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative tools for document preparation, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, onsite environment in Sidoarjo.
  • Prior experience in a similar role with exposure to footwear or manufacturing industries is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Languages, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
