This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance & Accounting Manager based in Surabaya. The primary responsibilities include managing financial and accounting operations, preparing and reviewing financial statements, overseeing budgeting processes, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The Manager will also provide financial analysis, manage accounting systems, and collaborate across departments to align financial strategies with organizational goals.

• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and strong Analytical Skills
• Experience with Accounting Software and Finance operations
• Excellent Communication skills for presenting financial insights and collaborative decision-making
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Prior experience in a managerial finance or accounting role is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and tax laws is a plus
