Job Description

As the top executive and legal representative of PT Rolls Royce Solutions Indonesia, you will be responsible to oversee strategic direction, operational performance and corporate governance of the Company. Your strategic direction leads to growing the distribution business in Indonesia by continuously developing and improving the local sales and service organization, as well as steering and growing a network of independent service dealers and sales representatives covering assigned market sectors, products and service ranges.

Key Accountabilities

  • Strategic Leadership
  • Development and execution of local business strategy, aligned with global/regional objectives & targets.
  • Identify growth opportunities through market expansion, partnerships, and new business initiatives.
  • Lead annual strategic planning and budgeting processes.
  • Steer organization's performance with strong KPI ownership at all levels.
  • Financial & Commercial Performance
  • Own full P&L responsibility for the country.
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and cost optimization.
  • Monitor financial performance and ensure achievement of targets.
  • Oversee pricing strategy and commercial negotiations.
  • Leadership & People Management
  • Build, lead, and develop an inspirational & high-performing local leadership team.
  • Ensure operational excellence across all functions in Indonesia.
  • Evaluation, assessment, guidance, coaching and development of staff to enable the company to achieve strategic goals and sales targets.
  • Stakeholder management and close cooperation with the regional and global Rolls-Royce organization.
  • External Representation & Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the primary representative of the company in the country.
  • Represent the company in dealings with regulatory bodies and authorities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, industry associations, and government stakeholders, incl. C-level engagement and communication.
  • Legal & Corporate Governance
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Ensure the company operates with good Corporate Governance principles.
  • Ensure compliance with all Rolls-Royce standards and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering or business administration or related subjects from a reputable University.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in B2B business in Multi-National Companies in similar leadership positions.
  • Proven track record of business transformation with growth strategy execution and organizational restructuring.
  • Several years working experience in Sales, Application Engineering and/or Service of diesel/gas engines.
  • A team player with excellent leadership, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Specific knowledge of diesel/gas engine business.
  • Familiar with working environment and workforce management specific to Asia and/or Indonesia.
  • Proficient in English (written & spoken)
