We are currently opening an opportunity for the position of Manager, Sales Performance & Operations to join our team.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales administration and sales operations team to ensure effective governance, process discipline, and operational support across the sales organization.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales administration process including order processing, contract documentation, pricing validation, CRM data management, billing coordination, and revenue tracking to ensure timely and accurate deal execution.
- Enforce sales operational policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with company governance, pricing guidelines, and commercial approval processes.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of sales data within the CRM system, maintaining proper deal documentation, pipeline integrity, and data governance to support reliable reporting and forecasting.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance by developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and performance metrics that provide visibility on revenue achievement, pipeline health, sales productivity, and margin performance.
- Manage sales pipeline governance by ensuring consistent pipeline discipline, conducting regular pipeline reviews, and improving forecast accuracy across the sales organization.
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure proper review of commercial terms, accurate billing preparation, effective revenue tracking, and compliance with contract governance and revenue recognition requirements.
- Lead and develop the sales operations team by providing guidance, coaching, and performance management to ensure high standards of operational excellence and service to the sales organization.
The successful candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems or Economics or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Commercial Operations, or Sales Support.
- Minimum 5 years in a managerial or team leadership role
- Experience managing sales support, sales administration, or revenue governance processes
- Proven experience managing CRM systems, pipeline governance, pricing controls, and sales reporting
