  • Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy across Retail (store hiring) and Interior (professional & project-based roles)
  • Manage, coach, and develop recruitment team (SPV, TL, and recruiters) to ensure quality hiring & SLA achievement
  • Drive high-volume hiring for store expansion while maintaining candidate quality & hiring standards
  • Partner closely with Business Leaders (Retail, Interior, Support Functions) to understand manpower planning and translate into hiring strategy
  • Ensure strong pipeline management (active sourcing, talent pooling, and market mapping) for critical roles
  • Monitor and improve key recruitment metrics: time-to-fill, quality of hire, offer acceptance rate, and cost efficiency
  • Strengthen employer branding initiatives to support hiring scale (collaboration with internal branding / social media channels)
  • Review and optimize recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience
  • Handle strategic hiring (mid-senior level) and act as escalation point for difficult or critical roles
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and governance in recruitment process

Minimum Qualifications

Priority Skills

  • Strong experience in high-volume hiring (especially retail/store hiring)
  • Proven track record in leading recruitment team (min. handling SPV/TL level)
  • Strong stakeholder management – able to influence hiring decisions with business leaders
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze recruitment metrics and drive improvements
  • Hands-on in sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job portals, referral, headhunter coordination)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with tight timelines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and execution focus

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in managerial role
