What you'll do and what success looks like in this role

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient IT infrastructure solutions
• Assess business requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, and develop comprehensive architecture plans aligned with organizational goals
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives
• Design end-to-end IT infrastructure solutions, covering both cloud-based and on-premises technologies
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure solutions
• Develop architectural standards and best practices to ensure system reliability, scalability, and security
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to project teams during implementation, ensuring compliance with architectural standards
• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions that enhance the organization's IT capabilities
• Conduct regular assessments of existing infrastructure, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of IT architecture, design decisions, and implementation details
• Continuously stay updated with industry developments, certifications, and advancements to enhance skills and knowledge
• Act as a subject matter expert in IT infrastructure, participating in technical discussions and providing guidance to team members

What Is Required and What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent
• Proven experience as an IT Infrastructure Solutions Architect or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), virtualization, networking, and security technologies
• Solid understanding of IT governance, compliance, and risk management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and automation
• Extensive experience in Kubernetes management
