Role Purpose
The Capital Projects Manager will be responsible for managing the delivery of key capital projects for CCEP Indonesia, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, within approved budget, and in line with business, technical, operational and compliance requirements.
The role will focus on the delivery of the New Water Treatment Project in Surabaya and the New Electrification Upgrade of the MHE Transition Project across Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project activities, ensuring effective planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure aligned with governance standards.
- Oversee the full delivery lifecycle of capital projects, ensuring engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning meet approved investment objectives.
- Engage and coordinate internal teams and external partners to drive collaboration, decision-making, and smooth project execution.
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and risks to maintain financial discipline and proactively manage changes or delays.
- Ensure all project activities adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory standards, with thorough documentation and readiness reviews.
- Manage commissioning, handover, and documentation processes, capturing lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Required Experience & Capability
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- Demonstrated experience managing capital projects within manufacturing, FMCG, utilities, engineering, or supply chain environments.
- Strong project management expertise across planning, execution, cost control, risk management, and project close-out.
- Proven ability to manage contractors, vendors, and diverse multi-disciplinary stakeholders.
- Knowledge of utilities infrastructure, water treatment systems, electrical infrastructure, or MHE-related projects is advantageous.
- Capability to oversee multi-site project delivery across Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with CAPEX governance, asset handover, and capitalization processes.
