About The Role
Our client is a top Management Consulting Firm that supports clients in navigating high-risk and high-stakes matters across transactions, investigations, and regulatory exposure. We are seeking a Manager with deep forensic experience specifically within the
Financial Services or FMCG sectors.
This role requires strong investigative judgment, structured report writing capability, and the ability to lead sensitive engagements involving fraud, misconduct, compliance breaches, and transaction-related risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage forensic investigations within Financial Services or FMCG environments
- Conduct fraud reviews, regulatory breach assessments, and compliance investigations
- Support transaction-related forensic work, including integrity due diligence and post-acquisition investigations
- Manage engagement teams and ensure high-quality, defensible deliverables
- Draft structured investigation reports for board-level, legal, or regulatory use
- Present findings to senior stakeholders with clarity and authority
- Apply data analytics techniques to detect anomalies and risk indicators
Mandatory Requirements Experience
- Minimum 7–8 years of experience in Forensic, Fraud Investigation, or Compliance
- At least 1–2 years in a managerial or team leadership role
- Direct forensic experience within Financial Services or FMCG industry is required
- Hands-on exposure to complex investigations (not limited to internal audit or checklist-based compliance)
Technical Qualifications
- CA / CPA / CFE certification preferred
- Experience in data analytics tools (SQL, ACL, IDEA, Power BI, Python, or equivalent) preferred
- Strong understanding of fraud schemes, regulatory frameworks, and investigative methodology

- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
