What you'll do and what success looks like in this role:

• Ensure high availability of services and applications by designing, implementing, and maintaining robust infrastructure and architecture.
• Develop monitoring systems and effective performance tracking to detect and respond to operational issues as quickly as possible.
• Implement automation in infrastructure management and maintenance to increase operational efficiency and avoid human error.
• Handle operational incidents quickly and efficiently, conduct root cause analysis, and take preventive measures.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely resolution of cloud-related projects.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure newly developed applications and services meet quality standards and high availability.
• Design efficient solutions in cloud environments (such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) covering key elements like security, scalability, and availability.
• Ensure the cloud infrastructure runs well, including cloud service management, resource configuration, and usage optimization.
• Manage cloud application migration, plan migration strategies, and ensure smooth transitions.
• Apply best practices in cloud security, including proper configuration, access management, and system monitoring.

What Is Required And What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields. A master's degree or additional certifications are an advantage.
• Proven experience in infrastructure management, cloud solutions, and modern information technology infrastructure management, minimum 8 years.
• Preferably holding AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect, or equivalent certification.
• Strong understanding of cloud concepts and solutions, including security, networking, and cost optimization.
• Experience in designing and managing scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond quickly and effectively to operational issues.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, able to lead teams and coordinate cross-functional projects.
• Good communication skills in both Indonesian and English, both written and verbal.Bachelor's degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, IT, Accounting, or related fields.
• Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken & written).
• Strong analytical and visualization skills, with experience in statistical or analytical tools.
• Proficiency in Python, Power BI, Excel, and SQL is an advantage.
