• Creative to find opportunity in MOD sales
• Manage and Work with MOD Sales to maintain customer and achieving target
• Comply to FF+ sales procedure
• Coordination with service manager to find information in existing portfolio
• Coordination with NI sales for MOD opportunity
• Provides best sales solution to customer
• Create & submit budgetary/offer quotation to customer
• Join and follow up tender process
• Proactive negotiation to customer
• Maintain customer relationships
• Meet sales target objective
• Update bids & register
• Comply estimation inquiry template as per SED requirement
• Diligent to create opportunity in Shape Sales

Key resposibilities:

1. Educational degree preferably in a technical field.

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales preferably in the elevator & lift industry and/or construction industry.

3. Demonstrates strong dedication and dependability, consistently achieving outcomes.

4. Customer-oriented personality and delivering results while thriving in challenging environments.

5. Analyze all sales processes and identify modernization opportunities.
