Role Description The Management Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position based in Surabaya. The Management Trainee will rotate through key departments such as operations, client services, and sales to gain a comprehensive understanding of futures, forex, and derivative brokerage activities. Daily tasks include supporting senior staff with data analysis, preparing reports, assisting with client account management, and learning regulatory and compliance procedures. The role also involves participating in training sessions, observing client meetings, and contributing to process improvements under the guidance of mentors. This position is designed to prepare the trainee for future leadership roles within the company by building strong business, analytical, and communication capabilities.
Qualifications

• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and financial reports.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.
• Demonstrated interest in financial markets, futures, forex, and derivatives, supported by relevant coursework or self-study.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to a structured training program, and follow regulatory and compliance guidelines.
• Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, word processing) and comfort with online trading platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Management, or a related field (or final-year student nearing graduation).
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and a proactive approach to solving problems and supporting team objectives.
• Willingness to work on-site in Surabaya and build a long-term career in the brokerage and financial services industry.
