Role Description The Management Trainee Program is a full-time, on-site role based in Surabaya, designed to develop future leaders in the futures, forex, and derivatives brokerage industry. Day-to-day responsibilities include learning core business processes, supporting program and project coordination, and assisting senior staff in client-facing and operational activities. Management Trainees will participate in structured training sessions, analyze market information and internal data, and contribute to preparing reports, presentations, and client materials. The role also involves observing and supporting customer service interactions, understanding regulatory and compliance requirements, and collaborating with various departments to gain a comprehensive view of the business.
Qualifications

• Program management and training skills to support structured development activities and operational initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting market data, performance metrics, and internal reports.
• Effective communication and customer service skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
• Interest in financial markets, particularly futures, forex, and derivatives, with a willingness to learn regulatory frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work on-site in Surabaya, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools; familiarity with online trading platforms is an advantage.
