Role Description The Management Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position based in Surabaya. The individual will rotate through key departments to learn and support daily operations related to futures, forex, and derivative trading services. Responsibilities include assisting in client service activities, supporting administrative and reporting tasks, and helping teams prepare presentations and educational materials. The role involves learning company procedures, regulatory requirements, and basic market analysis, as well as collaborating with senior staff on process improvements and small projects. Management Trainees are expected to actively participate in training programs, meet performance goals, and develop the skills needed for future leadership or specialist roles within the organization.
Qualifications

• Strong interest in financial markets, particularly futures, forex, and derivatives, and willingness to learn industry regulations and standards.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, with basic numerical skills and attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-based, client-focused environment.
• Proficiency in using computers and common office software; familiarity with online trading platforms or financial tools is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Management, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and a willingness to follow structured training programs and company procedures.
• Ability to work on-site in Surabaya and maintain professional conduct in a regulated financial services environment.
