Role Description The Management Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position based in Surabaya. The trainee will rotate through key departments to learn core business processes, including client services, trading operations support, and basic risk and compliance procedures. Daily activities include assisting with market research and analysis, supporting the preparation of reports and presentations, and helping teams execute internal projects and process improvements. The role also involves participating in training sessions on futures, forex, and derivatives products, shadowing senior staff in meetings, and contributing to client education and outreach initiatives. Management Trainees are expected to develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities to prepare for future supervisory or management roles within the company.
Qualifications

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and market information.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English and Indonesian.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail, with a commitment to regulatory compliance.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Management, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Interest in futures, forex, and derivative markets; prior internship or exposure to financial services is an advantage.
• Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) and comfort with online trading platforms and digital tools.
• Ability to work on-site in Surabaya and collaborate effectively within diverse teams.
