Role Description The Management Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position based in Surabaya. The trainee will rotate through key departments to learn about futures, forex, and derivatives trading operations, risk management, and client services. Daily tasks include assisting in market research and analysis, supporting account managers with client communication, and preparing reports for management. The role also involves learning regulatory and compliance procedures, participating in internal training sessions, and contributing to process improvements. Management Trainees will be mentored by senior staff and prepared for future leadership or specialist positions within the company.
