Job Description

Melakukan proses akuisisi customer baru (agency maupun direct selling) yang akan mengajukan pinjaman dana tunai dengan jaminan sertifikat rumah atau ruko.
Mengembangkan Jaringan dengan merekrut Business Agent (BA) untuk membantu mendapatkan database Calon Konsumen
Memaintain BA dan menjalin hubungan baik dengan BA untuk pengembangan strategy Agency

Pendidikan minimal S1 Semua Jurusan
Usia maksimal 30 tahun
Pengalaman 1 tahun di bidang property
Memahami marketing/ property agent/ multifinance/ property perbankan
Memiliki skill komunikasi & negosiasi yang baik, target oriented

Sudah vaksin min. dosis kedua
