This is a full-time on-site role for a Graduated Management Trainee at our Jakarta, Indonesia office. The trainee will be responsible for learning the core business processes, participating in strategic decision-making, and contributing to business activities. The role includes conducting market analysis, supporting business planning, building client relationships, and collaborating with teams to drive company targets and innovations.

• Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and an aptitude for financial management
• Clear written and verbal communication, presentation abilities, and interpersonal skills
• Enthusiasm to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with financial tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused setting
• Previous internship or coursework in the financial sector is a plus
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
