This is a full-time, on-site role for the Management Trainee Program at PT Victory International, based in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. Candidates will gain hands-on experience and practical knowledge in financial markets, client relationship management, and strategic planning. Individuals may also assist in analyzing market trends, preparing reports, and supporting decision-making processes.

Interest or experience in the financial industry is an advantage
