Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a member of the Management Team at PT Glori Investama Surabaya, located in Surabaya. The role involves overseeing and managing day-to-day business operations, coordinating with departments to meet company objectives, setting and tracking key performance goals, and contributing to strategic decision-making processes. The Management Team is also responsible for ensuring compliance with industry regulations and identifying opportunities for growth and innovation within the company.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills
- Experience in team management, communication, and collaboration
- Knowledge of financial markets, futures trading, forex, derivatives, or related fields
- Proficiency in business operations, organizational planning, and compliance
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and adaptability
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certifications or knowledge of BAPPEBTI regulations is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
