Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily and monthly Management Reporting packages, including detailed variance analysis.
- Develop the Annual Budget, ensuring compliance with all processes and providing in-depth analysis.
- Collaborate with the operations team to monitor plant performance and highlight significant variances to management.
- Monitor and control costs against the budget to ensure actual expenditures do not exceed allocated amounts.
- Oversee and ensure the timely and accurate completion of monthly and annual financial closing.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial manufacturing accounting, with a focus on cost control and management reporting.
- Experience in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Proficiency in SAP software.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
- Understanding of PSAK (Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan) is an advantage.
- Willing to be based in Balikpapan (no roster system).
