Job Description

Install new machinery and ensure all systems are fully operational and functioning at optimal performance levels.
Conduct routine preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance on all machinery in accordance with established schedules and company standards.
Monitor machine performance on a regular basis, analyze operational data, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Prepare comprehensive reports on maintenance activities, machine performance, and equipment failures for management review and decision-making.
Diagnose and analyze technical issues across all machinery and system components on-site.
Deliver basic training to machine operators on safe, efficient, and proper equipment operation in line with safety standards.
Implement technical improvements and innovations based on operational needs and continuous improvement practices.
Carry out minor repairs and maintenance of WWTP equipment to maintain optimal functionality and prevent system failures.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive or Industrial Engineering.
Have experience in the same field for at least 2 years.
Having skills related to AutoCAD is a plus.
Have a good knowledge of vehicle engines and simple production tools.
Welding, basic vehicle engines, solid work, resin.
Domiciled in Bekasi or willing to be placed in Bekasi area.
Have an understanding of electricity and civil engineering in general.
