Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support for 5G FWA systems post-deployment.
  • Handle incident management and root cause analysis.
  • Execute preventive maintenance and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure service availability and reliability across customer-facing systems.
  • Liaise with vendors for technical support.

Requirements:


  • 25 years of experience in network operations or telecom infrastructure.
  • Experience in network operations and maintenance (wireless systems preferred).
  • Troubleshooting skills for telecom infrastructure.
  • CCNA or equivalent certification is a plus.
