Experienced in managing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
Responsible for maintenance and repair of trucks, forklifts, wheel loaders, production machines, plant utilities, and supporting facilities, including electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems, boilers, compressors, chillers, HVAC, etc.
Handle machine breakdowns, perform root cause analysis, and implement continuous improvement actions.
Develop and implement maintenance SOPs, inspection checklists, and preventive maintenance schedules.
Prepare technical reports, downtime analysis, and maintenance KPIs.
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering).
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager in a manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems of production machinery, including electrical panels, motors, and PLCs.
Solid understanding of preventive and breakdown maintenance systems.
Proven experience in handling and managing technical projects.
