Maintenance Assistant Manager

We're looking for a hands-on and strategic Maintenance Assistant Manager to ensure our production operations run at peak performance.

What You'll Do:

Oversee, control, and evaluate all maintenance and repair activities for production machinery, utility equipment, and supporting production facilities to ensure optimal production performance and operational reliability.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Proven experience and strong understanding of production systems and manufacturing machinery within an FMCG company
• Familiarity with implementing and managing CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
• Solid experience in Preventive Maintenance, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Process Utilities, and Automation Systems (PLC, HMI, SCADA)
• Strong leadership capability in managing teams with diverse backgrounds in age, education, and tenure
