Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia, for a Maintenance and Repair Officer. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing routine equipment maintenance, conducting corrective maintenance, and overseeing the overall upkeep and repair of equipment and facilities. Additional tasks include diagnosing technical issues, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and assisting with container repair or maintenance needs, Effective communication with team members and vendors is also expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Vocational High School (SMK) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in maintenance, repair, or engineering, preferably in SHIPPING, NVOC
• Experience in handling preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Understanding of container maintenance and the ability to estimate repair costs
• Experience with warehouse equipment maintenance
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Physically fit and willing to perform field work.
