About the Role

This role focuses on improving model quality through disciplined iteration. You will take models from idea to experiment to deployed improvement. You'll work with real world data and problems, helping us hunt for novel, or proven solutions to deploy in-field to a range of clients.

You will own training loops, evaluation logic, and performance tracking. This is a hands on engineering role focused on shipping, learning, and making models better over time.

What You'll Do

• Train, evaluate, and iterate on machine learning models.
• Build and maintain evaluation and experiment pipelines.
• Perform error analysis and performance breakdowns.
• Improve retraining workflows and data usage.
• Work closely with computer vision and systems engineers.
• Ensure models improve cycle by cycle in real deployments.
