Key Responsibilities
A. Regional Growth & Profitability Monitoring
- Monitor growth, revenue drivers, cost drivers, and early P&L signals per region.
- Track performance across every segment and lens:
- Gen Z
- Core
- Elite
- MDRT
- Experience Hire
- Managers (Pru Managers pipeline)
- Provide holistic regional diagnosis: identifying what drives growth, what slows it, and where to intervene.
- Work with Finance & Data Science to interpret trends, seasonality, and ROI.
B. BSC Performance Management (Bi‑Monthly)
- Prepare regional performance packs:
- growth indicators
- profitability/efficiency signals
- segment health
- funnel metrics
- initiative progress
- risks & opportunities
- Support Regional Head during BSC forums by providing clear narratives, insights, and recommended actions.
- Track closure of BSC action items and improvement commitments.
C. Strategy Execution & Initiative Oversight
- Oversee the execution of all initiatives impacting the region, across recruitment, development, activation, and retention.
- Support implementation of national programs (Elite Apprentice, Gen Z, AGA, EH, Pru Managers, etc.) and ensure they are locally adapted.
- Run monthly strategy sprints with Regional Head and agency leaders.
D. Cross-Functional Engagement & Feedback Loops
- Act as the region's connector to other departments:
- Finance
- T&D
- Digital
- Operations
- Compliance
- Drive structured feedback loops to ensure programs are refined based on regional realities.
- Escalate issues quickly and coordinate responses to ensure barriers are removed.
E. Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Identify operational inefficiencies and propose solutions.
- Collect feedback from field leaders, agents, and trainers convert insights into actions.
- Recommend enhancements to national programs based on regional data + field voice.
F. Governance, Documentation & Standardization
- Maintain documentation: scorecards, sprints, dashboards, initiative trackers, risk logs.
- Ensure consistency with national SOPs and quality standards.
- Standardize reporting and communication across the region.
