Responsibilities

  1. Understand the campaign programs offered to ensure alignment with data sources, and develop scripts that will be used to calculate blast results and program takers.
  2. Ensure timely delivery of reports.
  3. Review submitted reports with stakeholders and provide information according to their needs.
  4. Provide insights from the available data to improve profitability, cost efficiency, and optimize productivity.
  5. Carry out process improvements in information delivery to enhance turnaround time (TAT) and minimize errors from manual processes.
  6. Ensure proper documentation in information delivery to prevent deviations from applicable policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in SQL, Python, and SAS.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Understanding of banking data (preferred).
  • Able to work in a team and deliver responsibilities accurately and promptly.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Agile and able to adapt quickly.
  • Proficient in English.
