Loss Prevention Apprentice to join our team at the finest 5-star resort in Labuan Bajo, Flores.
- Conduct routine patrols and monitor security systems (CCTV, alarms, and access control) to ensure the safety of guests, employees, and property
- Prevent and respond to security incidents such as theft, vandalism, emergencies and accidents in accordance with SOPs
- Control and monitor access to the premises, including key control, access cards, and property removal procedures
- Prepare accurate reports, daily logs, and investigation documentation related to security incidents
- Provide professional security assistance to guests and coordinate with internal departments and external authorities when necessary
Requirements
- Professional appearance and conduct with strong integrity, honesty, and sense of responsibility
- Good observation skills, situational awareness, attention to detail, and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Effective communication and reporting skills, with basic English proficiency
- Ability to follow SOPs and security procedures accurately, with a strong discipline and goal-oriented mindset
- Physically fit, willing to work flexible shifts (including nights, weekends, and public holidays), with minimum SMA education and valid Gada Pratama certification
