Logistics/Supply Chain Operations Supervisor

Job Description :

The Supervisor Logistics Control Tower (Order Management) is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end order monitoring process within the logistics control tower. This role ensures operational visibility, timely order processing, issue resolution, and coordination across internal teams and external partners to maintain service level agreements (SLA) and customer satisfaction. 1. Order Monitoring & Control Supervise end-to-end order tracking from order creation to final delivery. o Ensure all orders are processed and fulfilled within the defined SLA. o Monitor system dashboards to identify delays, bottlenecks, or operational risks.

2. Control Tower Operations o Manage real-time visibility of logistics operations through control tower systems. o Act as the central coordination point between warehouse, maintenance operations and service operations teams. o Ensure proactive issue escalation and resolution.

3. Exception Management o Identify shipment delays, stock discrepancies, or transportation disruptions. o Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions, and keep the cost saving spirit.

4. Stakeholder Coordination o Liaise with internal departments (sales, warehouse, procurement, finance). o Coordinate with 3PL providers, carriers, and logistics partners.

5. Reporting & Performance Monitoring o Prepare operational reports and dashboards related to order fulfillment. o Monitor KPIs such as: Order fulfillment rate, On-time delivery (OTD), Order cycle time, Backorder rate

6. Team Supervision o Supervise control tower officers / order management team. o Provide guidance, coaching, and performance evaluation. 7. Process Improvement o Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvement initiatives.

Requirement

-Minimum 57 years experience in logistics, supply chain operations, or order management.-Experienced in IT Services or Retail Industry-Minimum 23 years in a supervisory role.

-Experience in:

o Control tower operations

o Order fulfillment processes

o Transportation management

o Warehouse coordination-Experience working with 3PL providers is preferred.
