Overview Of Position
The person is responsible to Manage Local Toll Blender, Direct and Indirect Customers Order Fulfilment, based in Jakarta. Leading a team with 4 direct reports.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Finished Product Supply Management
- Lead end-to-end supply process
- Forecasting and coordination - Collaborate with Sales and Demand Planning to implement rolling forecasts
- Align supply operations with established Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) criteria to support regional supply chain optimization objectives
- Manage Local Toll Blending Supply replenishment
- Optimize inventory through Inventory Monitoring and FIFO compliance
- Importation and Regulatory Compliance
- Procurement and Internal Controls
- Coordination of NPT and SNI Certification with Toll Blender Partners
- Strategic Collaboration and Performance Management
- Outbound Logistics Management Indonesia - Oversee outbound logistics, drive improvements in On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) delivery, monitor service levels, and manage third-party logistics (3PL) partners.
- 3PL Warehousing & Distribution Management - Ensure compliance with operational excellence standards, optimize warehouse costs, manage inventory, and maintain product integrity.
- ISO 9001 Management Representative - Maintain and improve the Quality Management System, coordinate audits, facilitate management reviews, and promote quality awareness.
- Cost Reduction Manage the business in the most efficient and optimized way to deliver product at the lowest cost - Conduct process mapping, root cause analysis, and lead Lean Sigma projects to drive operational efficiency and cost savings.
- Order Fulfillment Center (OFC) Management - Lead OTC operations, ensure accurate invoicing, uphold compliance, and continuously improve work processes.
- Product Costing, Reporting and Annual Business Planning - Maintain costing records, support variance analysis, submit monthly reports, and collaborate on budgeting and forecasting.
- PT COPI Operating Committee Participation Actively contributes to governance and strategic committees, including emergency response and audit teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with substantial experience in Supply Chain and Lubricant Manufacturing processes.
- At least 10 years in related industries, including at least 5 years in a supervisory capacity
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor/Implementer
- Trained in Customs and trade compliance
- Deep knowledge of lubricants blending processes, product integrity, and Operational Excellence in health, environment, safety, reliability and efficiency
- Excellent communication (both in Bahasa and English) and interpersonal skills, effective at all organizational levels
- Demonstrates initiative, independence and a commitment to accuracy, quality and productivity under strict timelines.
- Proficient in MS Office; adaptable to new software and tools, with SAP experience preferred.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and government liaison capabilities.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision.
- Advanced analytical skills and effective issue resolution with customers and internal stakeholders.
