About the Role
The Logistics Officer ensures that SCG products from cement and building materials to packaging solutions are delivered to customers safely, on time, and cost-efficiently. This role supports both domestic distribution and cross-border trade activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and delivery scheduling.
- Monitor shipments, track inventory, and resolve any delivery or customs issues.
- Work closely with sales, supply chain, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Liaise with third-party logistics providers and carriers to optimize cost and service performance.
- Maintain accurate records for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Support continuous improvements in logistics efficiency and customer service.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
- 13 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain management.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with ERP or logistics management systems is a plus.
- Communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
