We are seeking a reliable Logistics Officer to support our aviation operations. This role is responsible for managing the procurement, storage, and distribution of materials, tools, and equipment in compliance with aviation regulations and company standards. The Logistics Officer will ensure timely availability of parts and supplies, maintain accurate inventory control, and coordinate closely with engineering and production teams to keep operations running safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee receiving, quality control, and proper documentation of materials and equipment.
- Manage inventory, including stock reconciliation, tracking, and timely replenishment.
- Ensure systematic logistics/warehousing procedures in line with DGCA and company regulations.
- Coordinate procurement activitiesquotations, tenders, purchase orders, and supplier negotiations.
- Monitor delivery timelines, resolve vendor discrepancies, and manage warranty claims.
- Track, maintain, and ensure calibration/servicing of tools and equipment.
- Prepare regular reports on inventory, procurement, and equipment status.
- Support audits, address findings, and recommend process improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Experience in logistics, procurement, or warehouse management. Especially in handling export-import(aviation/manufacturing preferred).
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in IT tools for reporting and inventory management.
- Communicative in English, both oral and written
