Source local logistics resources and communicate with suppliers, including last-mile delivery warehouses, transportation fleets, port-to-store delivery, labor and forklift services. Collect quotations, service terms and timelines, and maintain comparison tables.
Support store opening delivery planning: assist in developing transportation routes and estimated arrival times covering warehouse port inter-island store, with risk buffers.
Provide documentation and system data support: prepare transfer orders, packing lists and store distribution summaries; export and verify WMS reports for accuracy.
Daily follow-up and communication: track shipment status, update internal teams, and coordinate cut-off times and delivery status with warehouses, freight forwarders and couriers.
Monitor exceptions and escalate issues: assist in tracking customs clearance and last-mile delivery exceptions, and escalate to supervisors in a timely manner.
