QUALIFICATION
- University graduate in Management/Business/Engineering
- Excellent communication skills, both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Minimum 8 years related working experience in the Logistic Operation or related fields.
- Expert knowledge & expertise in warehouse operation, Inventory management, Supply Chain, & Distribution, as well as also in Export-Import procedure and regulation.
- Excellent in analytical skills in analyzing and creating reports to define measures for improvements
- Very consistent exact procedures in daily operation
- Basic technical knowledge about trucks and buses
- Customer oriented mindset for the commercial vehicle business environment
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills
- Excellent in MS Office Word, Power Point and Advance Excel.
OBJECTIVE
- Responsible for all Logistic related topics in Daimler Commercial Vehicles Indonesia.
- This includes warehouse set up, steering of warehouse service provider, Inventory management, Customer Relation Management and import processes.
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction with tailored solutions for high logistic performance.
- Lead the of DCVI CS Logistic team according to Daimler Truck values.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading overall Truck & Bus Commercial Vehicle Parts Operations
- Strategic Inventory & Stock Control of Commercial Vehicle Truck & Bus
- Demonstrates strong customer-centric mindset with a commitment to understanding and addressing client needs.
- Manage Customer-Business Communications & Monitor Customer Communication Strategy
- Solve Customer Issues & Collaborate to Ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Responsible to monitor all daily sales order processing from dealers
- Responsible to follow up overall Parts Sales Processes
- Technical and Quality Support, Parts Technical & Documentation for ALL Product: Truck & Bus
