- Monitor and control daily stock levels in both the system and physical warehouse.
- Record and validate inbound, outbound, and returned goods transactions.
- Conduct periodic stock opname and analyze inventory discrepancies.
- Prepare inventory reports (daily, weekly, and monthly).
- Coordinate with the warehouse team and cross-department teams regarding goods movement.
- Maintain inventory data accuracy in accordance with company SOPs.
Requirements
- 23 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations; experience in the FMCG or beauty industry is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, meticulous, and strong analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced level), including formulas, pivot tables, data validation, and basic dashboard creation.
- Strong understanding of inventory control processes (stock movement, inboundoutbound, stock opname, and reconciliation).
- Experienced in operating inventory/ERP systems (knowledge of Odoo, SAP, or WMS is an advantage).
