This role will assist in implementing the new EBS (SAP) system in the logistics area, and be a hands-on team member to ensure all required steps and data are posted accurately in EBS (SAP) system. Work closely with warehouse operators, leaders, management staff and logistic co-workers to ensure establishment of logistic processes as per EBS (SAP) standard, implementation and continuous improvement of processes in the Logistics area. Collect warehouse, transport, 3PL data, and perform pick-pack, storage, & delivery transactions in EBS (SAP) system and ensure data accuracy in the system. Develop and conduct regular audits. Determine the root cause of data failure, and recommend changes in design or processing methods.
Requirement
- Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, etc), Science, Logistics, Transportation or related field and
- Min 3 years of experience in logistics
- Experienced and high capability to use SAP in logistics area is a must.
- Understanding on logistic processes & data posting in SAP system is a must
- Strong knowledge of establishing the right working procedure and implementation on ground logistics processes
- Strong in data analytics, logistics knowledge and fluent in English
