Job Description:

Deployment: Monitor locker inventory and assist with deployment at commercial sites
Vendor Management: Collaborate with locker vendors to address setup requirements and respond to business-related inquiries
Troubleshooting: Help identify and resolve root causes of locker-related issues, such as missing or lost parcels and double bookings
Locker Operations Specialist: Maintain a thorough understanding of locker systems and workflows to optimise efficiency and resolve operational challenges

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas
Proactive and self-driven, capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team
Prior experience in sales or business development will be advantageous
