We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Local Sourcing Manager in Indonesia to lead our procurement initiatives in Indonesia. As a key business partner, you will drive sourcing strategies that optimize the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), foster supplier innovation, and ensure seamless procurement operations within a complex matrixed environment.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW
- Strategic Sourcing & Execution: Lead the full sourcing lifecycle (RFI, RFP, RFQ) and develop annual procurement plans aligned with business budget and growth goals
- .Business Partnership: Proactively engage with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable sourcing strategies
- .Supplier & Contract Management: Identify and qualify high-performing suppliers, lead value-based negotiations, and manage the establishment of contracts in collaboration with Legal
- .Operational Excellence: Oversee P2P activities, drive the adoption of automated purchasing catalogues, and resolve supplier payment issues through the regional support center
- .Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the Local Sourcing team in Indonesia to achieve defined KPIs
- .Halal Compliance: Serve as a key member of the Halal Committee, ensuring all procurement aspects and supplier controls adhere to the Halal Assurance System
